Medigap Plan F Comparison
Compared to other Medigap plans, Plan F is more expensive due to the extensive coverage offered. However, under this plan, all of your healthcare needs will undoubtedly be covered, meaning your out-of-pocket costs will be non-existent.
Plan G is similar to Plan F, except that it does not cover your Part B deductible. Plan C is also similar, but it does not cover Part B excess charges.
If you are worried that this is too much coverage for your healthcare needs, you may be better to choose a lower coverage option, such as Plan A, K, or L. You will pay less and, if you don’t need all of Plan F, a different plan will lower your costs and eliminate coverage you don’t need.
